Claims for returns or refunds must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products. Any claim made beyond this 30-day period will not be eligible for return or refund.

Section 3: Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund. All returns must be in the original condition and packaging in which they were received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Section 4: No Refund of Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless SEDZ is found to be at fault for the reason necessitating the return or refund.

(b) Provide adequate proof of the condition warranting a return or refund, which may include photographic evidence for damaged or incorrect items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

(c) Await instructions for the return of eligible Products, if applicable. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Section 6: Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Section 7: Processing of Refunds

Upon successful verification and receipt of returned Products, if applicable, SEDZ will process the refund back to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless the Customer opts for a store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow a reasonable time for the processing and posting of refunds.
